Is there a charge for delivery?

There is a charge of $ 5.99 for delivery in all cities.

Is there a minimum order amount when I order through  Show de Bola Online Store?

Yes, the minimum order amount is $50 before fees and taxes.

Is tipping required for Delivery Orders?

Tipping is optional, with 100% of the tips going to your driver.

Can I Pick-up my order at Show de Bola Online Store?

No, We don't offer pick-up service at Show de Bola Online Store at moment.

When my order will be delivery?

Order online from Sunday to Sunday until 6:00 pm will be processed and get Next Day Delivery between 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Returns and Refunds

We don't accept returns

Due to food safety concerns, returns are not available for products under Dairy & Frozen, Grocery and Food Items, Beverages and snacks. These products are considered ‘final sale’ and there is no refund or exchange.

Refund

If the product was received damaged or defective, you must contact our customer service within 30 days from the arrival date of the order.

If the product(s) are open, they will only qualify for online store credit. This online store credit is only applicable on the website,

While unlikely, we may require the product back, depending on the situation and the manufacturer. Damaged or defective products will qualify for a full refund, store credit, or replacement unit(s) at the discretion of the customer, once approved.

All refunds will be returned to the payment method of your original payment within 7 business days.

IMPORTANT: If you are not at home to receive our delivery, we will leave the purchases in front of the door and confirm for you the time the delivery was made. We also suggest leaving a cooler or finished bag outside for those purchases of cold or frozen items if you are not home to receive the purchases. At Show de Bola online store, we will always work to make the delivery in the best, most correct way and as quickly as possible so that it reaches your hands according to your order. But we know that unforeseen events and problems can happen.
