Pão de Mel is a popular Brazilian treat consisting of a honey-infused cake, often flavored with spices like cinnamon, ginger, clove, and nutmeg, a layer of dulce de leche (a rich caramel made from milk) is sandwiched between two layers of the honey cake and the entire cake is then coated in Belgian chocolate, adding another layer of richness and flavour.
